MotoGP enthusiasts, we hope you're still buzzing from the incredible race weekend that unfolded at the Australian MotoGP. Johann Zarco, our distinguished Quad Lock ambassador, delivered a spectacular performance and secured his first-ever MotoGP race victory.
Zarco's celebratory backflip after the win was a moment of pure joy and passion, capturing the essence of MotoGP.
The weekend was thrown into chaos with a last minute revised schedule. The main race, scheduled for Sunday afternoon, was moved to Saturday due to high-wind weather concerns. Starting 5th on the grid, Zarco rode a perfect line. Fellow Prima Pramac Racing teammate Jorge Martin held the lead for 26 of the 27 laps, the choice to run soft tires unfortunately not paying off for Martin.
On the final lap Johann Zarco, Francesco Bagnaia and Fabio Di Giannantonio overtook Martin, finishing first, second and third respectively.
Before the race, two of our Quad Lock ambassadors, Jack Miller and Johann Zarco, made a special appearance at the Quad Lock Box. They engaged in a lively discussion with Grant Denyer, who happens to be a Quad Lock enthusiast himself. The two riders talked about race tactics, family life and their long standing friendship. Zarco’s win wasn’t the only success on the weekend. The Quad Lock Box provided a fun space for patrons to watch the race near turn 1 as well as a chance to win unique prizes like our custom made Jack Miller case, with one lucky winner taking home a brand new iPhone 15 Pro.
As we celebrate Johann Zarco's remarkable win at the Australian MotoGP, we're reminded of the spirit of determination and passion that drives both the rider and the brand he represents. We eagerly anticipate more thrilling races and victories and take pride in having Johann Zarco as part of the Quad Lock family.
Congratulations to Johann Zarco on this outstanding achievement! We are very proud of you.
